Boon Tan is the Head of the SAS M&A team. Mr. Tan has extensive M&A and private equity experience in the United States, Europe and Asia. He also acted as a Monitoring Trustee for antitrust regulators including the Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice in the United States, the European Commission and the Chinese Ministry of Commerce on three transactions with a deal value in excess of US$30 billion. Prior to joining SAS, Mr. Tan worked in New York City at a global investment bank. Mr. Tan holds an MBA from Yale University with a specialization in Strategy and Finance and is a licensed CPA.
